US Financial Accounting Specialist

The company connects healthcare professionals directly with healthcare employers through advanced technologies, digitizing the recruitment and staffing processes involved. DirectShifts matches clinicians with open shifts and jobs from various healthcare employers, including hospitals, health systems, Ambulatory clinics, and Tele health companies.

As we grow, we are in search of a skilled Finance Executive who can communicate effectively with various stakeholders including our leadership team and brings in minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

●     US Entity Book Keeping including but not restricted to Bank Reconciliation, Closing the books, Expense Categorization

●     Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee expense reimbursements.

●     Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

●     Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and cost control recommendations.

●     Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all financial data and records.

●     Reporting on the Margins & Other Adhoc Reports

●     US Customers Invoicing and US Payroll

Qualifications:

●     MBA(Finance)/CMA from any reputed Institute

●     Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst preferably from Staffing Industry

●     Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications

●     Quick Books Experience & Expertise is a must

●     Hands on experience with statistical analysis

●     Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

●     Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis

●     Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments.

●     Willing to work in US Shifts (EST Time) Monday to Friday
