Role Description

Lead Generation & Research Executive

Lead Generation

Source leads from platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant databases/websites.

Build and maintain a well-structured lead list segmented by location, industry, and opportunity type.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead information.

Research & Contact Discovery

Perform targeted web searches to identify recruiters, candidates, and companies.

Find the most effective contact methods (email, phone, social media) for outreach.

Keep track of communication channels and success rates.

AI & Automation Tools (Good to Have)

Leverage tools like ChatGPT, AI search assistants, and automation platforms to optimize lead research.

Suggest new tools and methods to improve efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to prioritize lead lists.

Maintain clear documentation and progress updates.

Contribute ideas for improving lead generation strategies.
