Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Jaipur, involves generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to clients. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, including identifying customer pain points and presenting tailored solutions
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with business process management systems is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
