Lead Generation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects to generate and qualify leads
  
• Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities
  
• Follow predefined call scripts while maintaining quality standards
  
• Collect and verify customer information and update CRM systems accurately
  
• Perform lead generation through calls, emails, and online research
  
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
  
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and qualified leads
  
• Ensure adherence to BPO compliance, data security, and process guidelines
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate / undergraduate can apply
  
• 03 years of experience in BPO, international customer service, or lead generation
  
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based environment
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
  
• Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in US / UK outbound/ Inbound voice process
  
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C lead generation or appointment setting
  
• Prior experience in sales support or telemarketing
