US Engineering Recruiter Semiconductor / Aerospace Clients - Direct Clients

As an experienced recruiter with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, closing candidates, and ensuring their smooth onboarding process. Your expertise in working on MSP/VMS model and US Staffing for Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Non-IT, BP, BFSI, Marketing, and Creative requirements will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with clients on W2 experience, specifically with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. - Utilize various recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. - Understand and fulfill both technical and non-technical requirements of clients in a timely manner. - Maintain a strong candidate database and collaborate effectively with the team. - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in finalizing rates/salaries and achieving conversion ratios of submittals into interviews and placements. - Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as per agreements with operations and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in hiring for IT, Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT roles with direct clients. - Superior communication and interpersonal skills with a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
