US Engineering Recruiter

You are an experienced Engineering Recruiter who will be joining our team in Hyderabad, India. With a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting for engineering roles, preferably within industries such as automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, automobile, robotics, pharmaceutical, medical device, and Oil & Gas. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various engineering positions like mechanical engineers, aerospace engineers, automobile engineers, and oil & gas engineers. You will be using different sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and client requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the engineering or technical recruitment field. A strong understanding of engineering principles and industry-specific requirements, particularly in manufacturing, aerospace, automobile, or oil & gas sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and team members. A proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software is also required.,
