About the role your considering :

Are you a skilled US Engineering Recruiter seeking your next challenge? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing top engineering talent for our North American operations across domains such as software, embedded systems, device testing, and more. Support hiring for leading-edge projects in aerospace, automotive, and medical device sectors.

Your Role :

Collaborate with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies

Source, screen, and engage candidates through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals across various engineering and IT skillsets

Attract passive talent by effectively communicating our Employee Value Proposition and the impact of our work in regulated industries.

Work with a strong sense of urgency and focus on excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure compliance with industry-specific hiring standards. Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring strategies and report performance to leadership. Draft inclusive and compelling job descriptions to attract diverse talent. Support offer negotiations and onboarding in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Foster strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights.

Your Skills and Experience :

5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering roles, preferably in a services or staffing environment.

Must have experience recruiting in the US and preferably Canada as well.

Ability to work 3rd shift (shift allowance provided)
Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and KPIs.Proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.Familiarity with ATS platforms and MS Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
