Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Oversee the accounting team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports. 

Ø Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines. 

Ø Supervise day-to-day operations in areas like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. 

Ø Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency. 

Ø Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP) and company policies. 

Ø Perform ad hoc financial analysis and prepare accurate financial reports as required. 

Ø Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships within the team. 

Ø Act as a point of escalation for team members and resolve operational challenges effectively. 

Ø Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback. 

Ø Manage team schedules, ensuring efficient task prioritization and resource allocation.

Ø Overviewing the work done by Sr. Financial Analyst.

Ø Reviewing the Books Before sending the report/Status.

Ø Making Bills Payments & processing Payroll in the software.

Ø Resolving Client's Day to day Issues & concerns.

Ø Reviewing the books to manage quality control & ensuring that Books should be impeccable and follow the company process.

Ø Reviewing the Sales Tax Report created by Sr. Financial Analyst & ask for the sales Tax return for the record, from US Tax Manager.

Ø Match the Books with Tax Returns & Lock that period immediately.

Ø Centralize the Database of all Instructions & Reconciliation steps.


Desired Candidate Profile:

Ø Experience: 3+ years in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. 

Ø Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus. 

Ø Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite. 

Ø Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices. 

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. 

Ø Leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team. 

Ø Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems. 

Ø Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
