Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting functions in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Handle billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes. Reconcile Stripe and bank transactions regularly. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and product. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Work with external auditors and tax consultants as needed. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. accounting. Prior experience in a software or IT services company is mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Experience with Stripe payment processing and reconciliation. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
