Role Description

The position is for a full-time, on-site US Accountant role located in Ahmedabad. The US Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance. Additional tasks include reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and providing financial analysis and business advisory support. The US Accountant will collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation
• Experience with industry-specific software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Hubdoc, and bill.com
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis and business advisory
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in an accounting firm or similar environment is a plus
• Prior experience with property management accounting is an added advantage
• Familiarity with payroll processing platforms like Paychex, ADP, Heartland, and Gusto
