US Accountant

Job Title: US Accountant (Both Junior and Senior profiles)

US Accounting Process; 4+ Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

- Perform Daily Accounting Tasks like AP, AR.

- Process daily Bills and Invoices, Payments and Receipts.

- Perform Monthly Reconciliation process. (Bank, Credit Card, Loans, GL and Vendor Reconciliation)

- Perform other month-end closing activities. Perform Two-way and Three way Reconciliations.

- Process Payroll and Payroll related activities.

- Prepare Monthly Financials Statements and Reports. (P&L , Balance Sheets, Cash Flow etc)

- Preparation of US taxes, 1099's, 1040, 940 and 941 Quarterly. Check for W2's and W9.

- Excellent Knowledge in Accounting software like Quickbooks Desktop and Online is a must.

- Additional knowledge in Real Estate Management Accounting and expert in Real estate Accounting software like Appfolio, Yardi, Propertyware, Buildium etc.

Profile:

· Basic or Master’s Degree in Commerce and Accounting.

· Minimum of total 2+ Years of Work Experience.

· Knowledge of US GAAP.

· Excellent Communication and Interaction skills.

· Teamwork and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent Email skills

· Strong Analytical, Reasoning and Eye for Details Skills.

· Strong ability to render deliverables on time with excellent Quality and Accuracy.

· Must work in Night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
