About Us:

GSC Outsourcing is a growing professional services firm providing accounting, tax, and finance support to US-based clients. We are looking for a US Accountant to join our team and assist in managing daily accounting operations and compliance tasks for our clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks in

compliance with US GAAP.

  • Record journal entries, maintain general ledgers, and reconcile bank

statements.

  • Support in the preparation of financial reports and month-end

closing activities.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable under supervision.
  • Help with US tax documentation and data preparation for returns.

•Work on accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or other US-

based tools.

•Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy

and timely completion of work.

  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure confidentiality of

data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting (exposure to US accounting

preferred).

  • Basic understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or willingness to learn.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Internship or prior work with US CPA firms or outsourcing companies.
  • Understanding of US tax forms (1040, 1065, 1120) will be an added

advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
