Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Co-ordinating with other corporate sales team & support them for improving the revenues of various trade - lanes India- Germany, India - US, India - China / HKG and India - Africa Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector. Ensure Adequate margins for Air / Ocean business to improve the profitability of the branch by continuously dealing with vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients. Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Support Sales Team in business growth by regularly visiting existing customers & targeting their cross functional business. Liaison with overseas office & seeking their support for important customers Act as front end to all the customer issues & ensure regular operational support for all the business handled by North. Preferred candidate profile Salesforce Freight Forwarding Business Development Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Market Research Competitive Analysis Negotiation Presentation Skills Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management
