Experience in handling a group of valuation team
To prepare a comprehensive report on valuations
Prepare detailed and professional valuation reports that include analysis, valuation methodologies, and justifications.
Proficiency in filed visit for assets inspection
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Expertise in valuation approaches such as Market, Cost & Income approach (DCF).
Assessment of present market value of Land & Building.
Ability to analyze data received from clients, market etc.
Experience in IBC cases is preferred.
Ability to work Independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
