State Head - Karnataka (Bangalore)

As a State Head - Valuation Real Estate for Karnataka (Bangalore) at Adroit Valuation, your role involves ensuring the overall quality of the Valuation report and estimated market value. You will be responsible for finalizing valuation reports and overseeing the valuation technical team. It will be your duty to train and assess the proficiency levels of the team regularly. Additionally, you will need to analyze and strategically utilize methodologies for project appraisal and address clients" queries regarding valuation reports. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining databases of capital values (Land & B-up area) and local building bye-laws. Adhering to banks" Risk/credit/technical teams guidelines, you must also maintain TAT targets for the technical evaluation process. Your role will extend to acquiring Business Development & coordinating with Banks/Financial Institutions, arranging business development meetings with prospective clients, and promoting company products/services to meet clients" objectives. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum qualification of Civil Engineering/Architecture/MRICS - Real Estate with relevant knowledge of Property Valuations. Prior experience in the field will be advantageous. It is essential to possess technical & functional expertise, strong analytical skills, and rich experience in conceptualizing financial strategy. Your proficiency in team management, problem-solving, and business development, specifically for Consulting and valuation vertical, will be crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite for this position. The preferred location for this role is Bangalore, Karnataka, with a required experience of 5-10 years in the Valuation Industry. The educational qualifications sought are B. Tech / BE - Civil or B. Arch, or a Diploma in Civil or Architecture. Remuneration is not a constraint, and candidates with a background in banks/NBFCs will be given preference.
