State Head - Karnataka (Bangalore)

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of Valuation reports and estimated market value. Your key responsibilities will include: - Finalizing valuation reports and overseeing the entire valuation technical team. - Training and evaluating the proficiency levels of the team regularly. - Analyzing and strategically utilizing methodologies for project appraisal. - Resolving client queries regarding valuation reports. - Maintaining databases of capital values and local building bye-laws. - Adhering to banks" Risk/Credit/Technical teams guidelines. - Meeting TAT targets for the technical evaluation process. - Acquiring Business Development and coordinating with Banks/Financial Institutions. - Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients. - Promoting company products/services to address clients" objectives. - Prospecting for potential new clients and increasing business from existing clients. - Reviewing your own performance and striving to exceed targets. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum qualification of Civil Engineer/Architects/MRICS - Real Estate with knowledge of Property Valuations. - Preferably experienced in the same field. - Technical and functional expertise. - Strong analytical skills and experience in conceptualizing financial strategy. - Proficient in team management and problem-solving. - Business development skills, especially for Consulting and valuation vertical. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
