Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong

  talent pipeline

  for critical roles.
• Coordinate with HR team for onboarding and smooth joining of new hires.
  
• Work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the industry.
  
• Stay updated on

  market trends and salary benchmarks

  in the real estate sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  real estate domain hiring

  (sales, CRM, site operations, engineering, support).
• Excellent sourcing skills using portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and networks.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ATS/HRMS tools.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 26 years of

  recruitment experience

  , with at least 1+ year in
