Job Title: Car Driver Location: Egmore Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Car Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for transporting company staff, guests, and goods in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction post-booking, ensuring timely coordination for documentation, payments, possession, and addressing customer queries with professionalism. Key Responsibilities : Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking until handover. Ensure accurate documentation and verification for booking, agreements, registration, and possession. Track customer payments, send timely reminders, and coordinate with the finance team for receivables. Coordinate site visits, handover schedules, and snag list resolutions. Maintain updated records in the CRM software and generate periodic status reports. Handle and resolve customer complaints, queries, and grievances in a timely and courteous manner.
