Pre-Sales

As a Presales Executive for residential projects, your role will involve supporting the sales team in generating qualified leads, engaging with potential homebuyers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, understand customer requirements, suggest suitable projects, maintain regular follow-ups, schedule site visits, update the CRM, optimize lead quality, support the sales team in achieving targets, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, digital leads) and make outbound calls to prospective homebuyers. - Understand customer requirements, budgets, and preferences to suggest suitable residential projects. - Nurture leads by maintaining regular follow-ups until they are ready to visit the site. - Schedule and coordinate project site visits for potential customers with the sales team. - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and interaction details. - Work closely with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion. - Support sales executives in achieving monthly and quarterly booking targets. - Ensure excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for queries. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil; Hindi is a plus). - Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. - Good understanding of the residential real estate market in Chennai. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach. - Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently. Qualifications & Experience: - 1-4 years of experience in presales/telecalling/customer engagement, preferably in real estate. - Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.
