Process:- Money control - Voice Process

HSC / Graduates can apply
Expereince Compulsory (any sales Expereince)
Hindi communication / Average english
Salary 15000 to 18000 inhand plus incentives.
Sunday weekoff
2 rounds of interview

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage money control activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Provide sales support to the team by handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in mutual fund operations, including processing applications, redemptions, and transfers.
Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Participate in outbound processes such as telesales calls to promote banking products.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (banking/finance).
Strong understanding of banking products, particularly mutual funds sales process.
Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
