Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline workflows across departments.
Manage Brokerage Receivables and Payables
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on performance and strategic initiatives.
Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Ensure all operational activities comply with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements. Stay up to date on changes in insurance laws and best practices.
Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing and finance to support organizational goals.
Act as a point of contact for operational and technical issues.
Assist in budget management, monitor revenue margins and operating expenses, and use financial data to make informed decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant / MBA / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Basic understanding of insurance regulations and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
