Job Description

Job Role: Godrej Inbound Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries or issues.

Requirements:

Graduates only (any stream).
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Immediate joiners preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or call handling will be an advantage.

Shift Timing:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off:
1 rotational off
Location:
Thane ETPL
Transport:
Centralized pick-up and drop facility from Thane Station
Salary:
Up to 21,000 in hand (25,500 in-hand)
