Urgent Opening: Sales Coordinator (Ahmedabad & Bavla Location)

Position:

Coordinate with the sales team, production department, and dispatch for smooth order processing.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of clients, products, and order status.
Support in preparing tenders, price lists, and other documentation.
Ensure timely communication between sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
Track sales targets and assist the management with MIS and performance reports.
Payment Collection
Documentation & Sales Support though complete Sales process

(Prospecting Inquiry Quotation PO Supply Payment)

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
