Job Description

HR Executive

Candidates from Manufacturing background will only be considered.

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Vepery, Tamil NaduReporting to: HR Manager / Head of HR

Job Summary

The HR Executive will manage the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation, aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:
Source candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies; ensure compliance with relevant labour laws.
Employee Relations:
Address grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster positive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
Assist with performance evaluations, goal-setting, and improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Maintain records, manage benefits and payroll coordination.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and generate HR-related reports.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and help coordinate learning programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Note :- Need candidate from Manufacturing sector

Educational Background:
Master degree in Business administration
Experience:
1 to 2 years in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, or HR operations.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using HRIS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, confidentiality, and multitasking aptitude.
