- Conduct outbound happy calls to customers who recently purchased products to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather and record customer feedback related to product usage, service experience, and overall satisfaction.
- Educate customers on available value-added services, extended warranty plans, and relevant products.
- Identify upselling opportunities and convert them into successful sales closures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Represent the brand by ensuring a positive and professional customer interaction experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasive with sales/upselling skills.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
