Qualification

Minimum Graduate in any stream

Experience

34 years of relevant experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise regular maintenance activities across all floors.
Ensure timely repair and upkeep of infrastructure, utilities, and essential systems.
Manage and direct cleaning and security personnel for smooth day-to-day operations.
Schedule, monitor, and evaluate the performance of support staff to ensure efficiency.
Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of computer labs.
Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of Pharmacy, Biotechnology, and Agriculture laboratories.
Address and resolve washroom-related maintenance issues promptly.
Develop, implement, and update emergency protocols and procedures.
Prepare reports and update the Director (Administration) regarding maintenance, safety, staffing, and operational matters.
