Job Description

responsible for driving property sales by generating leads, advising clients on property transactions (buying, selling, or leasing), and closing deals

Client management:
Identify and acquire new clients, build and maintain relationships, and provide top-notch customer service throughout the sales process.
Sales and negotiation:
Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, negotiate and close property sales agreements, and work to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Market analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, values, and competitor activity. Use this information to advise clients and develop sales strategies.
Property showings:
Coordinate and conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.
Documentation and coordination:
Prepare and present sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Business development:
Identify new business opportunities within the real estate market and develop strategies to convert them into sales.
