Job Description

Closing Managers

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and qualify leads across assigned projects and geographies
Generate leads through B2B and B2C calls and leverage existing networks
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (sourcing & closures)
Drive cross-selling opportunities with existing customers

Client Relationship Management

Understand customer requirements and present suitable offerings
Conduct client meetings and project site visits
Build strong relationships to convert prospects into confirmed sales
Support customers throughout the sales cycle till delivery

Market & Industry Awareness

Track competitor pricing, construction updates, and market trends
Stay updated on real estate market dynamics

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Care, Legal, Billing, Credit)
Ensure timely documentation, approvals, and collections

Systems & Compliance

Maintain accurate records in CRM / SFDC systems
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards

Desired Candidate Profile

4 years of experience in
real estate sales / direct sales / closing roles
Experience in luxury product sales is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

Education

MBA preferred (Graduates with relevant experience may apply)
