Roles and Responsibilities

Manage car loan collections through effective communication with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
Handle customer queries related to loan disbursement, interest rates, repayment schedules, etc.
Conduct site visits to assess vehicle conditions and verify documentation for repossession or recovery.
Develop strategies for improving collection efficiency and reducing delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to resolve issues and optimize processes.
