Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Urban Planner based in Ahmedabad. The Urban Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing urban plans, conducting site assessments, and creating sustainable designs. Day-to-day tasks include zoning analysis, community consultation, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires working closely with the project management team, architects, and environmental consultants.

Qualifications

• Urban Planning, Land Use Planning, and Zoning skills
• Experience in Environmental Impact Assessments and Sustainability Planning
• Proficiency in CAD software and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
• Familiarity with local regulations and urban development policies is a plus
