Role Description

A Structural Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the safety and stability of buildings and infrastructure projects. The role involves transforming architectural concepts into structurally sound designs while coordinating closely with project teams for successful execution. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges both in the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for buildings and infrastructure using relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare structural drawings, BOQ, and detailed design calculations.
• Review architectural, civil, and MEP drawings to provide accurate structural solutions
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Assist in PMC/TPI activities, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and ensure adherence to applicable standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with drawings

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles for RCC and steel structures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS – preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings with accuracy.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to conduct site visits, evaluate field conditions, and support execution teams.

Experience & Qualification

Experience: 2–3 years (Structural Engineering).

Qualification: M.Tech in Structural Engineering (or related specialization).

Salary: Based on experience and performance in interview.
