Position Summary:

We are seeking urban planning professionals to contribute to medium- to large-scale statutory and non-statutory projects across various geographies, working within the framework of relevant statutory regulations and Acts. This position involves close collaboration with public officials, civic leaders, and land developers, as well as facilitating public forums to establish optimal land use and development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze a wide range of statistical data, reports, maps, census information, land use patterns, transportation data, and various physical and social infrastructure components.
• Organize and oversee on-site surveys and investigations to gain insights into existing land use and socioeconomic factors.
• Create visual presentations, drawings, and comprehensive project reports in both graphical and written formats.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on development proposals to governmental authorities.
• Conduct research on strategies and policies applicable to project locations worldwide.
• Coordinate and collaborate with both internal teams and external consultants.
• Engage with the public, government officials, and other stakeholders throughout the project.

Education:

• Bachelor's in Architecture (Mandatory) and Master’s degree in urban planning

Experience:

• Years: Up to 3 years
• Industry: Urban Planning

Skills (Mandatory):

• Proficient in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage projects through their entire lifecycle.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Theoretical knowledge or practical experience in urban planning and modeling.
