Unit Manager - Payments - Technology
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. BFL is building a Payment Gateway for Merchants. The objective of the individual is to deliver a payment gateway which should be at par with the industry. The objective of the team/individual is to deliver a seamless Payment Gateway and its integration. The individual/team is responsible for delivering high volume and scalable architecture with uptime up to 100%. Duties and Responsibilities

Actively contribute to project development.

Write optimized, bug-free, and scalable code.

Add unit test cases and maintain existing ones.

Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming.

Participate in team activities such as brainstorming new ideas and code reviews.

Assist team members in resolving issues and empower them to work independently.

Promote development opportunities through training and assignments to enhance functional and technical knowledge within the team.

Hands-on experience with NodeJS, Angular/React, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GIT.

Good to have knowledge of Java, Spring Boot.

Good to have knowledge of FastTag and Payments Domain.

Work Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in active project development life cycle.

Technical
Skills:

Must have hands on experience with Node.js, Angular framework, testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma/Jest, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GIT.

Good to have hands on experience with React/Vue, Bootstrap, Docker, Webpack/Gulp, Less/SaaS.

Technological depth and cultural fitment.

Knowledge of latest technologies.

Sound understanding of development processes.
