Unit Manager - Payments - Technology
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. BFL is building a Payment Gateway for Merchants. The objective of the individual is to deliver a payment gateway which should be at par with the industry. The objective of the team/individual is to deliver a seamless Payment Gateway and its integration. The individual/team is responsible for delivering high volume & scalable architecture with uptime up to 100%. Duties and Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities

Actively contribute to project development.

Write optimized, bug-free & scalable code.

Add unit test cases and maintain existing ones.

Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming.

Participate in team activities like brainstorming new ideas, code reviews, etc.

Help team members in resolving issues and empowering them to work independently.

Take part in development opportunities such as trainings and assignments to enhance functional and technical knowledge within the team.

Must have hands-on experience with NodeJS, Angular/React, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GIT.

Good to have knowledge of Java, Spring Boot.

Good to have knowledge of FastTag, Payments Domain.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Knowledge

Educational Qualifications: Graduation

Work Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in active project development life cycle.

Must have hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular framework, testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma/Jest, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GIT.

Good to have hands-on experience with React/Vue, Bootstrap, Docker, Webpack/Gulp, Less/SaaS.

Should have technological depth and cultural fitment.

Knowledge of latest technologies.

Sound understanding of development processes.
