Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager located in Vadodara with some work from home options. The Unit Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the unit, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for team management, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role may involve conducting market research and analysis to drive business growth.

Qualifications
