Unit Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and service standards. Your duties will include managing and supervising staff, which involves recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and identifying strategies to maximize revenue and profitability will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality products and services. Handling guest feedback and resolving complaints or issues promptly and satisfactorily is crucial for this position.
