Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.

  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, including employee engagement, grievance handling, exit formalities, and industrial relations.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners and address issues during the probation period.

  • Maintain and audit accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Provide effective support in resolving employee conflicts and handling employee management relations.

  • Recruitment of hospital staff across departments from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Lead initiatives on employee engagement, training & development, and policy formulation.

  • Exposure to NABH compliance processes will be a strong advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong grasp of HR operations: Payroll, Onboarding, Exit Formalities, Attendance, and Employee Relations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR
