Unit HR Head

Position: Unit HR Manager
Location: Shalby Multispecialty Hospital – SG Highway, Ahmedabad
Experience: 5–8 years in hospital/healthcare HR operations
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at our SG Unit. The role requires strong leadership in managing employee life cycle activities, driving HR policies, supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and fostering a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

Drive timely hiring as per manpower planning; coordinate with corporate HR; ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction.

• Employee Relations:

Handle grievances, conflict resolution, counseling, and ensure effective communication between employees and management.

• HR Operations:

Oversee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, exit formalities, HRIS data accuracy, employee records, and HR audits.

• Compliance:

Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance applicable to the hospital sector.

• Training & Development:

Identify training needs; coordinate unit-level sessions in alignment with corporate L&D.

• Employee Engagement:

Drive employee engagement, R&R activities, internal communication, and initiatives aligned with Shalby culture.

• Coordination with Corporate HR:

Ensure smooth coordination with Group HR teams on policies, recruitment, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
