Unit HR Head

As a Unit HR Head at Manipal Hospitals in Ranchi, your role will involve partnering with the Unit leadership team to implement HR strategies that support the units in achieving their business goals. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing the Continuous Performance Management System, including Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with the Corporate HR team - Identifying high-potential employees at the Unit and ensuring their participation in Talent Development Center in collaboration with the Corporate HR team - Collaborating with the Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs) at the Units for enhancing overall competencies - Driving recognition and reward programs to acknowledge high-performing employees - Leading Talent Acquisition for the Unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates - Implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent - Overseeing the Onboarding and integration process for new hires - Identifying training needs within the Unit and conducting training programs in collaboration with the corporate L&D team - Leading and mentoring the unit HR team to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate with an MBA in HR - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment At Manipal Hospitals, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for professional development and career growth, and a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
