Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Equity & Debt Capital Market team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry with 14 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Equity & Debt Capital Market.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services.
Monitor and control risk exposure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Equity & Debt Capital Markets, including securities laws and regulations.
Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its trends.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
