Job Description

Position: Unit Fuel Procurement Support (2 vacancies)

Designation: Officer - Assistant Manager

Function: Commercial

Place: Umrongso, Assam

Credentials: Any Graduate / MBA with relevant experience

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for handling of materials receipts at coal yard & support concerned lead for smooth coal yard operations

•Responsible to materials’ document verification and maintaining accurate MIS of material receipts

•Assist in Coal rake handling by providing support in coordination with transporters and siding handling agents

•Assist in periodic internal & external audits to ensure that purchasing processes and procedures are followed.

•Keep check on material quality

•Responsible to ensure grade-wise coal heaping, and mandatory tarpaulin coverage

•Reconciliation with PO, invoice and supply and processing of vendor invoices

•STO and warehouse / storage, GRN management (timely completion of all GRN activities)

•Ensure 100% compliance to organization Coal SOP
