Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and innovative UI/UX Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in designing intuitive and user-centric digital interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction through seamless and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and user flows that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Design and deliver high-fidelity UI for websites and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement user-centric solutions
• Create design systems, style guides, and maintain UI consistency across products
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design
• Ability to analyze user feedback and data to enhance user experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing for SaaS, enterprise, or mobile-first products
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or working alongside front-end developers
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design principles
