Job Description

As a dynamic UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of various digital assets, ensuring optimal usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Plan and implement new designs. - Optimize existing user interface designs. - Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. - Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate site functionality and appearance. - Deliver intuitive and user-friendly solutions by combining creativity with an awareness of design elements. - Create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables. - Test new ideas before implementation. **Requirements:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to discuss and explain design options. - Detail-oriented with critical thinking ability. - Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Problem-solving and client-centric approach. - Knowledge of responsive UI designs. - Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms. - Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Team player with the ability to work independently. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and process flows. - Conduct ongoing user research based on client/user requirements. - Adhere to style standards regarding fonts, colors, and images. - Test new ideas before implementation.
