UI/UX Specialist

You are a creative UI/UX Specialist with basic React.js knowledge responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces. Your role involves bridging the gap between design and development to create pixel-perfect UIs and ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with the development team, you will focus on making the UI intuitive and visually engaging while aligning the overall UX with the project goals. Your responsibilities include designing UI/UX for responsive websites, mobile apps, and tablets. You will create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems. Conducting UX research such as user personas and usability testing is a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with the project team for feedback and make necessary design edits. Additionally, you will work with IT developers to align visual designs with website functionalities. To excel in this role, you should be familiar with UX Research & Design principles. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Sketch is required. You should be able to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, ProtoPie, or Framer is beneficial. Candidates for this position must have a portfolio showcasing their past work in creating UI/UX for mobile apps and web-based applications. Basic knowledge of React.js, including components, props, and state, is essential. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also required to succeed in this role.,
