UI/UX Specialist

As a UI & UX Specialist at Clarapath, you will play a crucial role in designing user-centered web and mobile applications for the niche healthcare domain. Your focus will be on improving user experience by simplifying complex processes and delivering intuitive designs while following established brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and ensuring practical and accessible designs. Your skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and mobile-first design principles will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to understand end-user needs in the healthcare space. - Design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to simplify complex tasks for users. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions. - Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for review and iteration. - Translate requirements into user flows and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. - Work within design systems, brand guidelines, and color patterns while innovating on user experience. - Ensure designs are practical, accessible, and optimized for global market adoption. - Support front-end teams with detailed design specifications and assets. - Collaborate on micro-frontend UI architecture and use frameworks like Material UI for consistency. - Create and maintain product documentation related to UI/UX decisions, workflows, and usability guidelines. - Design social media creatives and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines. - Engage in client communication to understand business needs, gather feedback, and present design concepts. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience. - Graduation from a Design or Art school, or relevant certifications, will be considered a plus. - Portfolio showcasing at least two live web or mobile applications in the global market. - Familiarity with healthcare or other complex domains is a plus. - Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related tools. - Experience in mobile-first design principles. - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to design from the end-users perspective. - Experience in micro-frontend architecture and using CSS frameworks like Material UI. - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). - Prior client communication experience. - Ability to design marketing creatives, brand guidelines, and social media posts.,
