As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces and experiences across various digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure that our products are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and user-friendly. Responsibilities User Interface Design: Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. User Experience Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points. Use insights to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and interactive design concepts to visualize the user journey and interface structure. Collaborative Design Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to implement design solutions and ensure seamless user interactions. Usability Testing & Optimization: Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Design Systems & Standards: Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital products. Design Documentation: Create detailed design specifications, interaction flows, and visual guidelines for developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously research design trends, new technologies, and best practices in UI/UX to ensure that our products remain cutting-edge and competitive. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelors degree Experience: 2-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Key Skills Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, Balsamiq). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or willingness to learn). Understanding of responsive design principles. Job Location, Work Timings and Work Model: Bangalore Monday-Friday 9 am to 6pm IST
