Role & responsibilities Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for proposals, onboarding kits, investor decks, and executive briefings. Convert proposals and decks into structured, polished PDFs ready for distribution. Translate complex service offerings and data into engaging visual formats. Maintain and evolve a reusable slide library, icons, infographics, and visual assets. Work closely with the Pre-Sales Consultant, marketing team, and BDMs to tailor messaging to the clients needs. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in corporate presentation design or visual communication roles. Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and skilled in layout, animation, and visual storytelling. Strong portfolio of previous proposal decks or business presentations. Excellent understanding of brand alignment, formatting, and file preparation for PDF output. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short timelines. High attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma. Familiarity with B2B services, consulting, or proposal-heavy environments. Experience working with global teams or cross-departmental stakeholders.
