UI/UX Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile products.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant and functional design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experiences.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers; provide constructive feedback and ensure design quality across the team.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centric design across various platforms.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and collaboration with front-end developers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or mobile-first product design is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic front-end development practices is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
