UI Engineer

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to design and develop exceptional user interfaces and experiences for web applications, creating responsive, accessible, and performant frontend solutions that delight users and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern frontend frameworksImplement pixel-perfect UI designs and collaborate closely with UX/UI designersBuild reusable component libraries and maintain consistent design systemsOptimize application performance, loading times, and user experience metricsImplement cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principlesIntegrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpointsWrite comprehensive unit tests and end-to-end tests for frontend componentsImplement accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure inclusive user experiencesDevelop progressive web applications with offline capabilities and service workersOptimize bundle sizes and implement code splitting for better performanceImplement state management solutions and data flow architecturesMaintain version control workflows and participate in collaborative code reviewsDebug and troubleshoot frontend issues across different browsers and devicesImplement analytics tracking and user behavior monitoring solutionsStay current with frontend trends, tools, and emerging technologiesMentor junior developers and contribute to frontend best practices

Requirements

Experience3+ years of frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks2+ years of experience with responsive design and mobile-first developmentExperience with version control systems and collaborative development workflowsExperience with modern build tools and frontend development pipelinesCertification(s)

Google Mobile Web Specialist (Preferred)

Adobe Certified Expert in Web Development (Preferred)

Technical Skills

Frontend Masters or similar platform certifications (Preferred)Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Expertise in React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworksExperience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS-in-JS solutionsKnowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Parcel) and package managersFamiliarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library)Understanding of browser APIs, performance optimization, and SEO principles
