Position Overview: The key responsibilities include TWAP (TestWindow Alignment Plan) report analysis, MW (Microwave) utilization analysis, MW RxL (Receive Level) deviation tracking, FTTH (Fiber to the Home) media testing andmigrations, LAN port utilization tracking, new fiber POP loading/migrations, TNL ( Tunnelling )drop monitoring and resolutions, DC (Digital Cross-Connect) execution for 5Grollout, MW traffic migrations on relocation sites, media testing and trafficshifting for BSC (Base Station Controller) migrations, MW hygiene tracking, andsupporting traffic routing for I-wan deployment and operation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1.TWAP Report Analysis:

Analyze TWAP reports and take necessaryactions to resolve identified issues.

2.MW Utilization Analysis:

Analyze MW utilization data andimplement strategies for offloading to optimize network performance.

3.MW RxL Deviation Tracking:

Track and monitor MW RxL deviations and coordinate with the field team to address and correct anydeviations.

4.FTTH Media Testing and Migrations:

Conduct media testing for FTTHdeployments and manage migrations for 5 sites per day.

5.V-LAN Passing for New Site Rollouts:

Ensure proper V-LAN passing for new siterollouts to facilitate smooth network integration.

6.Traffic Offloading for MW Dismantling ( Junoon 1 & 2):

Plan and execute traffic offloadingactivities to facilitate MW dismantling for Junoon 1 & 2 projects (8 hops per day).

7.FEAT Tool Update:

Collaborate with the CEM and FME forregular updates and actions in the FEAT (Field Engineering Automation Tool).

8.LAN Port Utilization Tracking and PortBundling Activities:

Track LAN port utilization and performport bundling activities for 5 sites per day.

9.New Fiber POP Loading/Migrations:

Coordinate and execute new fiber POPloading and migrations as per project requirements.

10.TNL Drop Monitoring and Resolutions:

Monitor TNL drops and proactivelyresolve any related issues.

11.DC Execution in MW Hops for 5GRollout:

Execute DC activities in MW hops tosupport the 5G rollout.

12.MW Traffic Migrations on RelocationSites:

Perform MW traffic migrations onrelocation sites as required.

13.Media Testing and Traffic Shifting forBSC Migrations:

Conduct media testing and manage trafficshifting for BSC migrations.

14.MW Hygiene Tracking and Corrections:

Track MW hygiene parameters such as BER(Bit Error Rate) and SES (Severely Errored Second) and implement necessarycorrections.

15.Support for Traffic Routing in I-wanDeployment and Operation:

Provide support in traffic routing forI-wan deployment and ongoing operation.

16.Troubleshooting Media Issues withBharti NOC:

Collaborate with Bharti NOC totroubleshoot and resolve media-related issues.

17.CR Raising and KPI Observations:

Raise change requests (CRs) for plannedactivities and monitor pre/post Key Performance Indicator (KPI) observations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in relevant field.

Minimum10 years of experience in transmission-related roles within the telecomindustry.

In-depthknowledge of transmission technologies, including microwave, fiber optics, andLAN.
